Accounts & Security

If an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may implement security checks or limit access to protect users, our instructors, and our platform. You agree not to bypass or attempt to bypass such measures.

Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, worksheets, exercises, text, and branding are owned by SolidPath Oratory or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning.

License restrictions

• No reproduction, distribution, or public display of protected materials without prior written permission.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the platform.
• No use of our materials to train, fine-tune, or validate machine learning systems without explicit written consent.

Payments

Courses and services are priced in USD by default. If we show converted prices, they are informational and may vary due to exchange rates and processing fees. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date.

Subscriptions (if offered)

If a subscription is offered, it renews automatically at the stated interval unless you cancel before renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to these Terms.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 20% of the course, contact us for a refund. Refund eligibility may be limited for discounted purchases, bundles, or where prohibited by law.

To request a refund, provide the purchase email, order details (if available), and a short explanation so we can improve our courses. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to processor timelines.

Disclaimers

Our services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular learning outcome will be achieved. Results depend on many factors, including your practice and starting level.

Nothing in our courses constitutes professional legal, medical, or financial advice. If you need advice in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SolidPath Oratory and its instructors, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect our users and platform. Upon termination, the license to use course materials ends and you must stop using protected content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above indicates when changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
